Sean McCabe’s Good Vibrations label drops its third vinyl release courtesy of fresh reworks of the Victor Simonelli classic ‘Was It Just a Game’. Originally released in 1993 and heavily steeped in US Garage folklore, these brand-new mixes bring the track back to the dancefloor once again and are sure to please those familiar with the original and newcomers alike.

With summer in full swing, Good Vibrations Music has decided to offer up something suitably sunny and soulful: a label debut from fast-rising producer Wez Whynt and vocalist Earl W Green.

Good Vibrations Music founder Sean McCabe and Mood II Swing co-founder Lem Springsteen have struck up a strong studio partnership over the last couple of years. The collaboration has continued apace during the period of lockdown forced by the continuing global pandemic, with McCabe and Springsteen determined to conjure up something to raise spirits amongst followers of deep and soulful house.

Originally released on Big Ed's Melodious Recordings, Chicago's Harold Matthews Jr of the Blak Beatniks gives us a re-imagined version of his deep cut 'One Body' with the addition of a stunning vocal performance from Symone. Sean McCabe also gives the song some bumpy and soulful re-touches with his Classic Vocal, Deepa Vocal and Deepa Dub mixes.

Originally released as a highly limited vinyl double-pack to celebrate Record Store Day 2019, 'Re-Vibrations' is now available in an expanded digital download package featuring mixes by Louie Vega, Jovonn, 95 North, Groove Assassin, Black Sonix, Karizma (as Kaytronik), IG Culture, QB Smith and label founder Sean McCabe.

Following up the Re-Vibrations double vinyl release for Record Store Day 2019, this sampler EP offers a taste of the expansive remix package.
